During Light+Building 2010 from 11 to 16 April, Frankfurt am Main will be transformed into the world’s biggest meeting place for the lighting, electrical engineering and house and building automation. 2,200 manufacturers, including all national and international market leaders, will present the latest products and trends on 240,000 m² of exhibition space. The leitmotif of Light+Building 2010 is energy efficiency and you will be able to see numerous future-oriented solutions in this connection at the fair. In 2010, Light+Building celebrates its first ten years and a unique success story since being launched in 2000.

Another distinguishing feature of the world’s leading trade fair for the sector is its comprehensive complementary programme. At the Building Performance Congress, renowned experts from home and abroad will lecture on current developments in the fields of lighting, electrical engineering and house and building automation. A magnet for visitors is the Trend Forum, which presents the home trends for 2010/11 in four home scenarios. Other attractions include the Architecture and Technology competition, the Meeting Place of the Future (Treffpunkt Zukunft) and Luminale, the lighting-culture biennale.
